Can I return or exchange my order?
In line with EU consumer law, you may return unopened and unused products within 14 days of receiving your order. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened fragrance oils unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship throughout Europe. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by local authorities are the sole responsibility of the customer.
